Just a short drive from O’Hare or Midway, this year’s reunion is hosted by Chuck Bracker, who’s excited to welcome you to his hometown and share some of Chicago’s best culinary experiences. Don’t miss out on our wine tasting event hosted by Mike McCready! The Beaver Moon Band will crank out songs we love from our past years at our dinner dance.

Chicago Reunion 2026 Itinerary
Wednesday, October 14
- Hotel check in time is 3:00 pm
- 3:00 pm: Executive 7th Floor Lounge Hospitality Suite opens
- Arrival, meet and greet
- McCready Wine Tasting
- Dinner on your own; Hospitality Suite closed from 5 – 7 pm
- Midnight: Hospitality Suite closes
Thursday, October 15
- 9:00 am: Hospitality Suite opens, Executive 7th Floor Lounge
- All day on your own
- Optional Chicago Tour – 9 am pickup; return at 4 pm Extra cost $25
- 7:00 – 9:00 pm: Dinner at Lou Malnati’s, 18W080 22nd St, Oakbrook, IL
- Midnight: Hospitality Suite closes
Friday, October 16
- 8:00 am: Hospitality Suite opens, Executive 7th Floor Lounge
- All day on your own
- 10:00 am to 5:00 pm: Silent Auction in Hospitality Suite
- 3:00 pm: Business Meeting and Celebration of life for Bill House in Hospitality Suite
- All Evening Events in the Grand Ballroom
- 5:30: Class Photos outside Grand Ballroom begin
- 6 – 7:00 pm: Cocktails; Class photos
- 7:00 pm: Eagle Recognition Awards (no Quilts of Valor awards anticipated)
- 7:15 pm: Dinner is served
- 8:30 – 11:30 pm: Band and dancing
- 11:00 pm: Silent Auction winners announced; pay up at Hospitality Suite
- Midnight: Hospitality Suite closes
Saturday, October 17
- Hotel check out time is 12:00 pm
